🤷‍♀️ Third day in a row... not sure what's happening now. Presuming it is still the aftermath of the meds as I maintained my 1200 cal meal plan throughout (apart from a couple of squares of Lindt 85%) plus my daily step count has been down this week due to the end of daylight savings time 🤔 just rolling with it 😉...
76 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 72 kg.    Sisa: 11 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.

Could this be due to meds were retaining water in body and now it's coming off... never the less great result... 👏

hi bestees.au, well possible... I can now feel the drop when my weight changes (something I never did before getting under 100kg)... and I am feeling this 😀 my energy levels have also shot up again, and I'm learning that is another indicator...

Wow Liz, you are AMAZING! Had a peek at your weight history and your losses have been so consistent over a long period of time. You are such an inspiration. Only 2kg from losing half your body weight - incredible!
