Extraordinary weight loss, congratulations. Good to know that it keeps coming off after you lose that much. I have just rejoined the 70s too, and am looking to get back to the 60s!!

Thanks again guys... UDTres, while my 79/80kg looks very different to yours, I can hardly put into words how great I feel... More energy than I know what to do with... probably better than when I was in my 30's 👍

harri r, you raise a good point about the weight continuing to come off because there are some 'experts' out there telling us that if we cut calories too hard for too long that our bodies will adjust to needing fewer calories and therefore we'll be stuck having to live eating in a calorie deficit in order to not regain weight... While it's true that when you weigh closer to your healthy weight range, your body doesn't need as many calories to keep functioning, I was really worried my body would adjust while I was still way overweight... By now, I'm pretty convinced that conclusion is wrong (thank God!) Seems our bodies are designed to know when we are in our healthy weight range and I'm thinking maybe that is the point the drop on the scales slows right down (or stops) even when maintaining a calorie deficit... I guess I'm going to find out, and so will you 🖐️... Exciting 😁
