First day of doing ALL of my stretches from the Physio. Fibro is saying no, Physio and GP say to ignore the pain. Here goes day 2! The hard bit is that, in the past, sugar has helped me feel better, but it's grape season now, so cold grapes will be my sugar 😋🥳
55,6 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 10,9 kg.    Sisa: 2,6 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.
