lol I tried deleting that comment because I felt bad knowing there were still people much bigger than me on here but I guess it didn't delete. hmmmm maybe I'll post one . it doesn't even look like me

writingwyo thanks and yes that's the goal now. Its going alright trying to go slow . I gained 5 lbs of water weight the first week and instantly looked jiggly all over and have gained about 2 lbs in the 3 weeks after that. My performance in the gym has skyrocketed and im stronger than ever. I'm deffintly putting muscle on but do I necessarily like the way I look with the extra jiggly water weight and the fat ive added back on no not really. but I'm a work in progress and at the very least I'm going to keep doing this until the end of January but I would like to go till the end of February or March just not sure how long I'll let myself take it. I need to be a lean mean fighting machine by my 15k tough mudder in May

Otb, thanks bro. Seen it. Awesome transformation. That the kind of body I want😁. Slowly working on my core now. Need some advice on the workout/cardio/lift routine to achieve a body like that man💪💪💪

ginome thanks 😊 happy to help you in any way that I can. The other picturs just made me sad I was clearly wayyyyy drunk in all of them. The one I posted was 3 months after I quit drinking.
