Nice! I can't wait to start my bulk in December. I'll be sticking around 0.75lbs per week for 20 weeks. It will put me at 180lbs. Then, I'll do a mini cut for summer.

Good luck man! I had a stable weight increase in mind too. But there’s so much variations to weight fluctuations like the amount of bowels left and water levels. I was going on 2 weeks thinking I had slight increases. Then I suddenly lost 2lbs lol but that got me to find out that there is a sweet spot for every body. Mine is mid 170s and I could eat till satisfaction: including fatty sweets like ice cream, cookies, or cake. And I’ll just maintain. It was at 3k-3.1k cals. I had to bump another 200 to get it moving upwards again.

I know, losing is much easier. I know how many calories I need to burn. My intake and cardio has been on point. It has gotten thrown off the past two weeks because I've added weight training. It makes me hungry but I have no clue how to calculate it. I just have to stick with the training and figure out my new maintenance next month. Then I'll add a surplus. It should be interesting.

Exactly tud, do I want to gain unnecessary fat? Of coarse not. But do I want to maximize muscle growth, hell yes! And if gaining extra fat than needed ensures I’m not leaving any gainz out then I’m in. I think cutting fat is quite easy, and especially fresh off of a bulk where you’re tired of eating so much lol. I’ll be doing a fast cut. Which I’ve been hypothesizing about. Losing half a lb a day, as long as I’m able to keep the load intensity in my workout it means the muscles stays. So how fast is how little carbs I have to eat to maintain the lvl of workout. I actually can’t wait to do it 😂
