Already got first walk…resistance bands..workout in…at 5am…helped get me warmed up…and woke them endorphins up….lol…

34….26with wind chill this morning….glad to have a place to walk inside in the mornings…no more layering up…to get that walk in…it’s nice….

Well…getting close to break the fast..re deed time…breakfast…I’m ready…lol..

Good morning! I am tired just reading everything you’ve done already this morning! 😂🤣 It is cold here today and light snow tomorrow. Nice the rest of the week in the 60’s and 70’s. I will get out and get moving on them nice days! Lots of birds on my feeder today and water in the bird bath so they are happy. Stay warm and have a terrific Tuesday!:)

Have kept busy thru out the day…just came back from short walk..down..back up stairs..then down..and up…and walk back to room…looks so nice outside..but windy…and barely 48 outside…with sun shining…
