Managed to not go off the rails yesterday. There was a lot of temptation, though. Thanks to everyone who responded to my Journal Entry inquiry about whether to do a refeed. I think it would have been gotten me off track.

Weight down a tad this morning, but still not where I started on Monday, so still a gain so far for the week. Maybe by Monday it will go back down.

Didn't meet fiber goal (only 16g, goal 20g) - gotta cook some more butter beans!

Pool day. Cut up the huge watermelon I got yesterday - that will be a refreshing poolside treat. Just having a ham/cheese Lunchable without the cookies for lunch (250 calories).
