finally broke my 3 plus week plateau for a new low. I had a good feeling about it yesterday,my body was making its normal Indicators that it was about to push through. this was the longest plateau by far usually it would be 6 days then drop 6 days then drop.
69,2 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 21,5 kg.    Sisa: 0 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.
