3 weeks in and my pants fit again - 2" off my waist already!
Also, I can also see a lot more definition poking through on my back! 💪
The numbers on the scale are kinda irrelevant right now - even in a deficit I'm get stronger on my lifts, so the muscle mass is stable if not slowly growing.
At least I know the fat is disappearing little by little!
