There is that blimin 200g again! I am getting used to the post menopause weight loss routine now...................and I don't like it. Slow, slow, slow. In the old days, I would have lost 2lbs by now, not 200g. Good news is...........still killing it in the gym and pool.

Hiya, Nads. I went through the worst of it during lockdown to be honest. I read somewhere that the body requires 350 calories less a day when the reproductive system halts so I think that's what I am struggling with. Just got to adjust somehow.

Anne I had a few hormone issues sorted with diet & exercise xx

I agree, Nads. Over the years I think diet and exercise particularly has helped my hormones remain pretty steady. The only blip was the start of menopause but that was during the first lockdown when gyms, pools etc were shut.

Thanks D of TK. I am always close to my goal, sometimes i even get there! But maintenance always a struggle. 😀😚

Hi Nutri. How nice to hear from you!! I hope not to be sea swimming.....that would mean we are back in lockdown. I much prefer warm, civilised pool lane swimming with no jelly fish!!
