Yesterday was challenging. I said no to free bagels and donuts. No to free pizza, cookies, and soda. And this is the hardest no to the best fruit strudel in town, no to s'mores. I was rewarded with a 1.4 lb weight loss. Maybe there is something to praying for weight loss. Please lard, give me the strength to continue to say no and to make good choices.
