February!!! January was a good month for my weightloss. I almost lost 10lbs. I have lost inches and am fitting into my size six jeans again. Inches has disappeared but will not do an official measure till the end of this month
Goals: To keep working on weights. I do not want to lose much lean body mass through this. Keep working on core strength, it cannot be overestimated at my age.
Scale has said 129.6 every morning for 6 days straight. My body must like this weight but my goal is to get closer to 120 so hopefully something will happen.
This weekend I got to hang out with my daughter again almost been a whole month due to her covid and then my cold. So that was great. She is busy planning a wedding for June so that is exciting.
