Although I think I'm losing, most of this is not a true loss. I've changed my weigh-in time to right when I get up, before I've had anything to eat or drink. This'll be more accurate going forward, but for this week it's not a true reflection
66,4 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 2,4 kg.    Sisa: 7,4 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.

Thanks, ridemariel! My husband says I'm looking thinner. It's nice to finally be getting down to 25 BMI

Yes, me too. I weigh myself first thing in the am. I think if you are consistent, you will have a sense of the general trend and this might be more important than the actual number...

25 BMI is very nice. I am also a morning weigher

@liv001 - I think it's a good strategy for consistency. Sometimes I weigh myself at other times in the day out of curiosity. I weighed in 4 pounds heavier after skiing than I did at my morning weigh-in. Weight definitely fluctuates during the day!
