Notching down slowly, kept to my calorie goal, did a long walk of 3.4 miles, followed by a brisk cold hose bath out in the dark yard when Hogan got skunked again at roughly 8:15. Followed that up by randomly deciding to wipe down all surfaces he touched, then decided why not mop the entire kitchen and bathroom, followed by a bleach solution. Oh, and did I mention that I decided to get skunked by osmosis? Delightful night. Skunk escaped, no unsupervised visits out in the yard for Hogan at night anymore. The one bonus is that Hogan will now endure a blowout with the hair dryer without fighting me. It's one thing to be furry and wet when it's 80 degrees, not so much in the 50's.

Numbers are showing as water and muscle up, blob down. I expect a drop tomorrow if I keep to my plan today. I also played with the weights during an unending call yesterday.
