It took me 6 weeks to lose that weight. I just hadn’t logged it on here. I was finishing my membership on a different app.
I seriously don’t know if I truly know anyone trying to gain weight 😂 huh, interesting!! 🤔

Ahhh ok lol that makes reaching the goal that much more rewarding cuz you’ve worked hard for it.
I made the mistake of losing too much weight. Went from 180 then got back to working out and went on a low carb diet and it just kept dropping. I got this app and started tracking my calories so I could stuff enough to make gainz
