WTG SK!! Less than 4 lbs from home! Your line should be blue any minute. You're a shining example that a WOE for weight loss doesn't have to be half a cling peach and half a cup of cottage cheese. Your followers see excellent ingredients expertly and passionately prepared and served in controlled portions every single day. I for one, am very grateful to you for that. You make this site richer.

Thx so much for the supportive comments @gastropod and you're 💯 correct on my "don't need to suffer" WOE. You are the first person to so succinctly state what I'm trying to role model with my posts. 👍👍That and consistency. I've been in maintenance since Dec 2019 and have fluctuated +/- 4 lbs about 154 lb since then. Actually, still trying to determine if 154 lb is the right number with increased strength training. Jury still out🤷‍♂️
