Forgot to log in my weight yesterday, which was up. Also, didn't log anything yesterday - mostly ate snack mix all day and it shows on the scales this morning with my highest post-fasting weight of 208.2 Didn't check on any notifications at all yesterday and have over 200 built up. I won't be checking on any of them, and we're not taking the computer with us to Great Wolf Lodge. If anybody wants to get a message to me, probably best to private message me, as the notifications won't be checked until probably Friday afternoon.
Knee hurt really badly yesterday. Hurting a little this morning, but I'm going to try to nip it in the bud by going ahead and putting some Voltaren (Diclofenac cream) on it (even though that didn't seem to help yesterday, but I waited until it had been hurting for a long time before I put it on). Directions say you should use it four times a day, every day, and that it could take up to 7 days to work. Guess I should have read them at least seven days ago, huh?
I'm pretty much off the rails right now, and I'm PRAYING that I will be able to get back under control after this trip is over. Not even going to try today or tomorrow. I know that's not the best plan, but it's where my head is at right now.
I'll have my weight-loss work cut out for me when I get home!
