Hi Nutri, yes clawing my way back to where I should be. Pools due to open 12th Dec. I am using the turbo instead. How is your exercise going? Your diet seems good.

That’s good, only a week! I’m really enjoying starting in the mornings, my posture has improved but I’ve not built muscle. I think I need weights. I’m just trying to eat well during meals because I keep spotting bowls of sweets around the house 😂 honestly I think I need more protein to stop these cravings!

I have been having porridge for breakfast, as usual, however, I haven't been adding my usual protein powder. By lunchtime I have been starving! But I got my protein powder today and definitely felt fuller for longer. You can get quick results exercising consistently. That is the key!

I get up early each day so I can go for my run. At the moment I’m still using my makeshift gym which is a shipping container on hire at work with some stuff in I sort after the first lockdown it’s not ideal but it’ll do for the moment, my gym decided to stay shut when they were able to open on the 2nd for a refurbishment new equipment etc... I could have probably gone to another gym but for what it’s worth I’ll wait it out it should only be another 2 weeks. Personally I’ve wiped this year off so I’ll hit it in the new year hard 💪
