I enjoy the exercise, Nutri so that is easy for me. The dieting not so much. Especially now I have reached *Ahem* a certain age where the weight goes on quicker and takes longer to come off. Today 45 mins on the turbo trainer and 10 mins weights/stretch. Thanks for your interest!

Weight loss to fast comes at a price for me lose it too quickly and lose the muscle that I worked to gain but I suppose that doesn’t matter to much for women.
