I eliminated my protein powder during the week, but, when I looked at my protein numbers they were not reduced much (because other food I consume also has protein).

So that experiment was a bust.

Unless I go 5 days of low carb it looks like I will hit 190lbs+ I don't want this, but, I have bigger issues in my life to be concerned with right now...

Today I 🏃🏾‍♂️ run...

@liv001 - Thanks! Yeah I am still in 'just hanging on mode' 😬 Ironically I was a pound lighter yesterday morning and I only had liquids all day yesterday. I suspect the salty miso soup and minimal exercise contributed to the weight gain.
