Slowly down, that is what I am looking for! BF and I did not have alcohol or ice cream over the weekend. We cooked instead of going out. Our plan is to each lose 10 pounds by New Year's Eve. Hoping to do more than that but 10 would be great. That would get me at 25 for the year.
Working from home is getting me down. Not that working in the office was any better, but I have gotten my house in a big mess with a few started-not-finished projects! Next week I plan to donate a lot at the town recycling day, and to off-load some unusable stuff that they are collecting to recycle, like scrap metal and styrofoam.
Eating things in the fridge - made a pie, which I now have to break into 14 pieces to get a decent portion that I can have for breakfast or lunch as is. Has lots of fruit, oatmeal, and nuts and I think a 300-calorie portion will be reasonable.
