Big day today... gotta run!

No, I mean I literally hafta run! It's been a long time and I was overzealous last time: a 50lb weighed vest for my first run in years probably wasn't the smartest of decisions.

Today, no weight. Just establishing a benchmark from which to grow, so no real expectations 🤞

have fun man. I think its more fun when you have no idea what's coming. like my first trip back to the gym. now I look back at my notes like oh man I hit 3 more reps last week what's wrong with me. lol

A 50lb. weighted vest on a run would blow out my knees for sure. Have you ever tried running in a pool? Might be easier on the joints. Have a great run anyway -- fantastic that you're back on that horse!

Oh goodness... What a day to pick to run. Are you a duck... A fro? It is terrible trying to warm up after running in the rain like this... Hot shower time!!!

That's what works for me, especially now that I started creatine again. I never thought it did anything but I've been doing the same workouts for so long, I definitely notice a difference now.
