Made some progress. Trying to come off my eating binge. Day one a success. Making my way back to 110 I hope. The number is not that important but I need to control my food intake.

My daughter has moved out and is settling into her new job. So part of the problem has been that I changed my routine. For some reason the very early mornings with food and exercise is not working for me at all. I will scale back on that and go back to what I was doing before.

Also late August got hectic and I did not write down what I ate. I have a good feeling what it all amounted to but writing it down and seeing it helps so I am back to filling out the food diary.

(As I am about to finish this post fat secret tells me that it does not believe that I lost that much weight over night and asks me if I want to cancel and enter an alternate value LOL...)

I was obese for a reason. I like to eat... the feeling of full is comforting to me... always work to not fall into that dark place again. But thanks guys. Yeah it is clearly water weight since I lowered my carbs drastically. So far so good for today!
