Hurt my ankle pretty bad week before last. Not broken but bruised as hell. Can't exercise and eating all my comfort foods. This summer has been a bummer.
79,8 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 24,5 kg.    Sisa: 11,8 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.

Give your ankle the time it needs to heal! I cannot say this strong enough. A minor sprain will take about 3-4 weeks, a not so minor can take 4 to 12 weeks, and more serious injuries can take over a year to heal. Each sprain weakens the ankle so don't rush back to full activity; give it time to heal!
