Daily exercise is vital to keep you healthy. Good for the long walk! As I work at home so much, I make it a point to walk an average of 8000-9000 steps per day.

After 2 hours walk along the beach on Saturday and Sunday, bp went down to 90/70 this morning on Monday. 🚶🏻♂️ 🌊 ☀️ Lucky the fried chicken yesterday didn’t make any surprise... 😅🙏 (I will quit)
