Day 2 of a planned 5 days of mostly ‘no solid food’ fasting

My goal is to just stick to no solid food except for pickles. Why pickles? I can only eat about 2 a day.

Good luck on these no solid food days. I am guessing the pickles are for salt.

@Fritzy 22 - The pickles are mostly because I want to 'chew' on something, but, I don't want to 'binge'.
