I have a doctor appointment tomorrow -my regular doctor who encourages my weight loss. I may eat very little the rest of today and nothing tomorrow morning until after the appointment. The scale at the doctor's office weighs my the same as my home scale.
82,4 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 0 kg.    Sisa: 8,9 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.

That's what I would do. LOL- Sounds like me when I was doing weight watchers and had a Thursday morning weigh in. Ha. Good luck to you!

Thanks DP, Shirfleur and Liv. Really want to know the results of the blood work for inflammation to see if the weight loss and reduction of dairy (I started up with dairy again as soon as the blood was drawn!) has helped.
