I know I keep saying it lately, but up the protein people! 240 pounds for 17 reps today on bench press and I look bigger than ever. It sucks that it makes such a difference because my eating is getting more and more like a typical bodybuilder. :(...I still have a bundt cake I'm fitting in tonight, damnit! :D

Yummy bundt cake. I got 143 grams in today. That's all I can do. I'm sure I'll gain a pound tomorrow. 1900 calories and an hour of heavy lifting= gain every day. Nice bench, dear! You're killin it! 😘

I've been keeping steady or losing strength on this cut, the only change I made was less fat and more protein, maybe slightly fewer carbs too but they are still at and an average of 400 or so and now I am gaining strength. It is exciting.

You guys are seriously so cute! Discussing the lemon cake right in front of us... Making us envious! As a side note, congrats on the mass building, strength achieving, and fat losing... For both of you lemon cake eaters! 😁 🍋

No way, Melissa- no bundt cake for me tonight. I ate it at the party Saturday and I guess he was smart enough to hide the two we were sent home with. It was amazing. Anyhow- I'm off to bed for my early gym session. He's working more OT tonight. Good night all.
