Starting today I will go upstairs to use the bathroom at work. Thereby enabling me to utilize the stairs, and increase my calorie expenditure, plus increase my mobility I hope.

Update for my FS friends and followers - Dave is out, except for his dresser. He was still there, when I got home last night, picking up odds and ends, and had to throw out a few more passive aggressive statements, that I'm certain were meant to elicit sympathy, before leaving. I didn't buy in and just reminded him to text me his address, since I invited him to be my guest next week for the John Mayer concert. Yes, I am that generous, so no guilt for his "woe is me" im this morning about how horrible his room is and how he didn't sleep, etc.
