My last two weigh-ins were flukes. Sunday mornings are weird because I go to sleep with the family so we can make it to church. I usually go to sleep with way fewer calories in and then I make up for it on FUNday. I sure as hell did too since it was my moms B-day but then I slept in to get back on schedule so I was dehydrated for Mondays Weigh in. This is probably closer to my real weight.

Yes, I look better daily. Nothing stagnant about my progress. If anything when I pushed too hard because of the vacation deadline I sacrificed some lean mass and I am simply regaining that while losing fat. Abs are looking better and better. No ruts, just cuts. :D

Btw, you've been 162 give or take since May 16th. I went from 198-200 to 187 since then. So there *blows raspberries*

Not that losing is a competition. I plan to go very slowly from here with the usual ups and downs. The mirror shows real progress at this point. I'll let you know if I start to lose motivation. ;)
