I started out to do a 3 day fast, but it's been going so well that I'm going to extend it for a day. Who knew that the hunger would be so manageable? I'm not working, so I don't have anyone looking over my shoulder cracking a whip. That said, I've been pretty productive, but at my own pace. I'll refeed tonight or tomorrow morning. My family is arriving mid-day and I want to be able to relax and enjoy the gathering and the food.
