👍 I did pretty well on my diet yesterday. I didn’t eat enough or enough fat though. I’ll work on that today. Gonna pop open a fresh can of mixed nuts 🤤

I ran out of nuts!! All I have are cashews which have a lot of carbs! So I had peanut butter instead 😁😁😁😁😁

@Crashtestdawnie, great progress! I'm glad you knew about those cashews. I love them but, they're actually *legumes*. That explains why they're more carby than other "nuts." They're not "nuts"! The best nuts, in order, are macadamia, pecan, and almond. I buy mine from the bulk dispensers at The Fresh Market or Earth Fare.
