You are course correcting? Experiments are good. I am more of a slider than a pouncer but plenty to think about when I experiment

You shouldn't care much about the daily changes, weight yourself everyday and see the trend in 2 weeks, one day of cheating is nothing.

I’m trying to reign in my inner junk food junkie 😅 yesterday I did 1500 cals and today will be about the same so I’m improving but I haven’t eaten too many health foods today.

No fear :) You KNOW how you can make the scale move in any direction you chose... when you feel 'in the mood' :) Right now, you want to eat what you feel like eating. I totally understand. Personally I do that every single week...

shake it off. You got this. im guilty of not giving af on the weekends and eating anything so I know what you mean by junk food for days. :)
