Yay! I’m a survivor too. I couldn’t seem to do much on my own and then I found this app. It has helped me tremendously! 28# gained in 22 months and currently 33# lost in 7.5 months. If you track, weigh and log religiously while having healthier foods in a calorific deficit and add in some exercise you’ll see results fairly fast 😉.
