Heading in the right direction. Focusing today on my house, including the fridge and meal planning as usual. Got rid of cake and brownies that I acquired through guilt. Also passing up a couple of pieces of furniture that I could salvage but decided not to. It breaks my heart to see wood furniture go to waste but it is not my personal responsibility to save the whole town from throwing junk into landfills.
