What a fluke! I ate 3000 calories and had a pretty chill day of limited activity. I spent 45 minutes at the gym for an intense workout... I take really short breaks and push my limits while actually lifting. I only log 30 minutes (to discount the breaks), but I really think the 271 calorie preset FS offers for my 30 minute workout is skewed. I'm entering it manually as 350 calories from now on because this is ridiculous to LOSE after that day lol.

I have a garmin, it has to be more accurate than just guessing.. There's a lot of cool weight apps. I use libra it's free. You should see the mountains I've made out of my weight in the last few years ⛰ 😁
