Haven’t weighed this week for whatever reason, and haven’t journaled much either. My computer is dead, need to figure something out there that isn’t “buy a new computer“ and it’s a hardware issue, so I’m limited on what I can do myself. Work has been a bear. I’ve been getting my swims in, but not the walks and probably eating too much for the decreased activity. My counselor has changed her hours to something that’s not going to work for me and I need to suck it up and basically fire her and find a replacement. Hate that stuff, but it has to be done. I have a bunch of weekend commitments coming up that I’m not happy about. I cherish my down time and there’s just not a lot of it. Finally, the ants have invaded as of this morning. It’s been a couple of years, but they’re everywhere. Need to spray later today. I hate them.

Sounds like a tough time - hang in there and just get rid of those problems one at a time!

try a smart phone or tablet instead of investing more in another computer. I haven't turned my lap top on in 6 months. everything on the phone.
