Starting to do IF 5:2 and IF 16/8 lifestyle, cook my own foods, and try be more active (do excercises at home and get some rest day at fasting day, and then this week I can't take a walk for 15-30 mins 4x, just do it once). Accidentally do 24 hours fasting on Thursday because miss my meal time at suhoor, but I'm do it just fine until next meal time. The hardest part for me was to get enough sleep 7-8 hours.
