I feel like i am bloated. Could it be the extremely salty hot dog, olives and chips i had late? Also i just feel like i am due for a stall, and will need to drop my calories soon. Gonna keep going.

The reason I say this, next time u gonna break a stall u gonna do the same n the same n the same... that’s why small decreases n when a stall small decreases n so on

Green arrows are always good Jengefit.....if you do hit the inevitable stall just stay the course, often it takes a week or more to see the scale move in the right direction while your body resets...especially if you are working out!

Ty rosio! Good strategy. I will do that when the time comes. Ty steven lloyd! You are right, it is just nice to have a reminder. I am losing a pretty significant amount of weight, so i expect my body is going to pump the brakes at some point so it can rearrange the fat. I really would like to mitigate loose skin, so it is not wholly unwelcome.

An increase of salt in our meals will be accompanied by water retention so if you have been cutting back on the salt and now consume a salty meal I am not surprised that you are feeling a little bloated. I have also experienced the same.

Oh yeah salt has a lot to do with water retention
