Ugh not feeling well today. Slight head ache, belly a lill twisted and the stiffness in my ankle/heel is disconcerting. Drank laxative tea twice so I could have a bm (tmi sorry) but still have a gain?? Weird. Ate perfect Keto yesterday and less than 1k cals. Don’t feel up to eating or going to the gym yet. Stood in one spot at work for too long yesterday. My heel’s a lill sore. I’m so afraid of a Planter Fasciitis flare up. God I don’t know what I’ll do if that happens right now

My heel pain I get at times feels like plantar fasciitis. However, it is the muscles in my legs getting too tight and pulling on that arch. Try really stretching leg muscles and that glute especially if you work out.

If you’re only eating 1000 cals that night cause the stall?? Eat more fats! It sounds weird but it will help you lose to eat more fats! I know from experience 🙂

Tabbigurl That might be the problem. I should have done my stretches when I got home. I’ve been really careful/ afraid to do too much cardio for fear of a flare up. Momma I’ve been eating a little more than that but I couldn’t eat nearly all day yesterday because of work. I’m sticking to 75% fat everyday. Should I go higher?

More water maybe? And maybe sneak in some portable on plan snacks you can eat quickly if busy at work so you won't get stuck eating so little, if you think it's something you can do i mean.
