Sweetness is from Sugar Alcohols, which have ZERO Effect on Glycemic Index and Won't Raise your Blood Sugar! Mmmmm. SO glad I didn't opt for that stupid 10g Carbs in 1/3 cup of mashed potatoes with my dinner. Things are finally moving through me some today. Maybe, just MAYBE, the scales will go down tomorrow!
