1/1/18 – Purged all bad foods and drinks from refrigerator, cabinets & pantries. Went grocery shopping for healthy foods. Started drinking ONLY water.

1/2/18 – Made giant pot of Chicken Vegetable Soup.

1/3/18 – Made double recipe Banana-Nut Bread loaf (no grain, no sugar)

1/4/18 – Made Sugar-Free Orange Jell-O Ice Cream and SF Cherry Jell-O Ice Cream (with diced cherry pieces).

1/7/18 – Made Fried Pork Chops, Baked Apples with Pecan Crumble & Vanilla Ice Cream (all no-grain, no-sugar).

1/9/18 – Made Sauerkraut with Hot Dog Discs. Went grocery shopping again.

1/10/18 – Signed up for 12-week 90-Day LCHF Challenge. Created FatSecret Bio. Made all January Entries in this one post (Couldn’t figure out how to put each on a separate day.)
