Jurnal Debbie Cousins, 18 Mar 24

Yesterday (Sunday) was on ok day. I did increase my walking to 3 miles, drank a half gallon of water and practiced an hour on the computer. My calories were terrible (about 3,500!). I keep sabotaging myself! Yesterday, I made Banana Nut muffins with icing on them! I’m NOT feeling very motivated today at all! As a matter of fact, it’s not even 5am, and I have already had 2 King’s Hawaiian rolls with butter, a banana nut muffin and an English muffin with butter, peanut butter and jelly on it. Worst of all, I’m going back to bed, instead of staying up and starting on my walking. Maybe I’ll wake back up at 6:30 powerfully motivated. 🤞 🙏

I buy just the 4 pack of the Hawaiian dinner rolls. Then the most I can eat are those 4. You seem to be trying hard.

I try to not even have those things in the house, otherwise they call my name. I do miss baking! It is my favorite housekeeping thing, sigh! Definitely a double self denial....don't do the baking and don't enjoy the sweet results! double sigh!

Debbie, dont beat yourself up about what you ate yesterday. Today is a new day. Start again. What diet are you trying to eat? Check out you tube channel Maria Emmerich vids interviews with people that has lost 40,80, 100, 270 pounds!! Her vids are on the keto diet & carnviore diet. very good info. she also has books that your library may have. for motivation daily see you tube channel Jamal Get Right (he has lost 70+ pounds in 70 days (yes men lose quicker but, its a great channel). Make a plan...this is the most important thing when trying to lose weight/get healthy. Get out and walk daily. if the weather is bad you tube channel Walk at home is a good one. Same with you tube channel Befit and befit in 90 days. IN addition watch dr sean omara vids on sprinting. YOU CAN DO EVERYTHING & ANYTHING YOUR SET YOUR MIND TO...Including eating a good clean diet, exercise daily and getting your health back. I BELIEVE IN YOU...wishing you a Good day. Debbie, I understand your struggle. I cannot have anything in my apt that is not on my woe. That is difficult when my kids visit, but so far I have stayed within my woe. It is a battle everyday, but one I have to do.
