In case I don’t have time to check in tomorrow …

I walked 2.1 miles today. Drank an extra Diet Coke, but still got in 80oz of water. Got in more protein than usual by adding an egg and piece of ham steak to my breakfast toast. Still not enough protein though.

Hope everyone has a good Wednesday! I’ll probably be dog-tired before it’s over. Having 8-11 people for dinner is a lot more f work! And, I’ll t’s expensive! Planning to have 1/2 slice of birthday cake (pound cake with buttercream icing).
