I started using straps and versa grip pros about a year ago and haven’t had any elbow pain since. Resting then wouldn’t have helped me at all. 😂 💪

Nice, I luckily hardly ever have any issues. Only when I get really lean do I start to develop a little joint issues when doing triceps.

My joint aches actually went away BECAUSE of lifting! The muscles do the work so the joints don't catch the stress anymore 💪
