I'm binge viewing some Secret Eaters now. I recommend it to anyone confused on why they aren't losing weight. I like the word they used when it came to drinking alcohol. It weakens your 'resolve'. It makes it more likely that you'll over eat. I think lack of sleep does the same thing. Anything that affects the mind. Pot smokers know this well.

Also, caffeine can be a suppressant as it improves focus but too much and your sleep is affected defeating the benefit. Ok, done with random thoughts for now.
