Not ours yet..miss my gym but my trainer lets me come over and workout with her home equipment. She sets it up n I workout by myself. It is working for us. She only does it for me so I feel safe.

I do all kinds of stuff- just not enough to compensate for my snacking. ;) 15 minutes of lifting is just not cutting it but it is SO boring at home. LOL

We have gyms open here as of yesterday.-- Lots of limits though. I have not been yet and not sure my gyms are open yet. I would love to go to one of them to do my neck /upper back exercises my body is missing and i cannot do at home.

It's 100% lighting. Something you don't care about which may be why you don't know the dramatic difference it makes. It's everything when it comes to definition. Imagine a bodybuilding competition without overhead lights. This is one light source, a lamp that shines upwards, vs my gym pics with several lights overhead.

And yes, no pump because it was a quick pic after waking up and going out for a jog. But a pump doesn't make that much of a difference.

DP move your ass! 😝😘 (you said about a zoom call for FS members to tell you that). Try some pushups to extend the workout. They suck but it helped me keep most of my strength.
