Anyone else find it funny when someone posts that they ate sub 1k calories people freak out but when someone goes on a 24 hour+ fast they get all kinds of support.

I don't think it's a bad thing for some people to fast that long, just found it funny that people jump the gun when someone says I only ate 500 calories and people automatically say you're going to go into starvation mode, or wow, that's so bad for you. They do it without looking at the rest of their diet calendar. Then you have another post where someone is like, hey guys, I'm on hour 60 of my fast and the pom poms come out. :P

I wish I could fast. If I go more than 20 hours without eating, it's because work sucked and I didn't get a chance. My calories are all over the place and I love it. 4000 one day, 500 the next, but usually pretty average intake. To me- zig zagging is just a way of reeling it back in if I am over the calories I should consume.
