So in approximately 40 days, I am down 2.6 pounds. Lost an inch on the waist. Gained .5" on my left leg and 1" on my right, and .25 on the chest. Lost .5" on my shoulders. This is just after about a week of an actual nice deficit. Not much but wanted to document to have the measurements higher on my journal to reference it easier, lol

That’s such a good idea to do measurements! Someone else posted their measurements back in January and I remember thinking, “I should do that!“ But here it is a month later and I still haven’t written a thing down! I will do this today! And you’re doing great, too! 😊🎈

I wish I had been doing this. my weight stayed the same (287) for almost 3 weeks while I dropped another pant size. Ah well, I suppose I could start now. Also, Diablo, I suppose it gets harder to see major differences when you're as low body fat as you are. That 36-25 on the waist seems like a massive change to me, given that you were already at the 36 lol. Wearing a size 34 again is my goal, but I've noticed that now that I'm down to a 38, that's slowing considerably lol
