Back to that thin blue line again, hooray 💙💙💙 Am still trying to get to and maintain 25% Fat in my macros... I miss it most weeks 😀 I think 25% of 1200cals is not for me ... I will revisit that when I increase my cals to maintenance (whatever that looks like when I get there) I am definitely eating closer to 1230 per day on average ATM... But... I am slowly starting to feel physically stronger after a few months playing on the park gym equipment 2 or 3 times a week 💪 Happy days 🤸🏼♀️

This is my second winter on this journey ... and I've got to say that I have been hungrier this past month than since I started back in Nov 2021. I found that I had started negotiating not just quantity of foods in my diary, but also quality 😬 I'm thankful that being part of this FS community means I get reminders of the tools to help me stay on track... this week a simple post that mentioned brushing teeth instead of snacking after dinner 👍 Another thing that has boosted my resolve is the joy of receiving more hand-me-downs from my daughter... We spent a wonderful afternoon clearing out her wardrobe and trying on clothes, such an unexpected part of this lifestyle change for us both, and such a joy!!! We laughed a lot and I got some lovely upmarket outfits to add to my wardrobe too!!! Win,win!!!

Staff PD days are not my friend 😭 Minimal sleep the night before, zero exercise during the day and too much salty, fatty, carby snacking at pack-up time... thank God they are only 4 times a year 😬

Went walking with @debh743 on this beautiful winters day in the Capital... this was the view from our gym... All equipment in this park works with your body weight, 150cals for 10 minutes effort according to my smart watch !!!
